Set Description: Made in Italy for Topps and O-Pee-Chee by Panini, these 313 stickers measure approximately 2 1/8" by 3" and are numbered on both front and back. The fronts feature white-bordered color player photos. The horizontal backs carry a bilingual ad for O-Pee-Chee. The Topps stickers contain offers on the back to obtain either a trip for four to Spring Training of the team of your choice or a complete set of Topps baseball cards directly from Topps. An album onto which the stickers could be affixed was available at retail stores. The album and the sticker numbering are organized as follows: 1986 Highlights (1-12), 1986 Championship Series (13-18), 1986 World Series (19-25), Houston Astros (26-35), Atlanta Braves (36-45), St. Louis Cardinals (46-55), Chicago Cubs (56-65), Los Angeles Dodgers (66-75), Montreal Expos (76-85), San Francisco Giants (86-95), New York Mets (96-105), San Diego Padres (106-115), Philadelphia Phillies (116-125), Pittsburgh Pirates (126-135), Cincinnati Reds (136-145), Foil All-Stars (146-163), Oakland A's (164-173), California Angels (174-183), Toronto Blue Jays (184-193), Milwaukee Brewers (194-203), Cleveland Indians (204-213), Seattle Mariners (214-223), Baltimore Orioles (224-233), Texas Rangers (234-243), Boston Red Sox (244-253), Kansas City Royals (254-263), Detroit Tigers (264-273), Minnesota Twins (274-283), Chicago White Sox (284-293), New York Yankees (294-303), and Future Stars (304-313). For those stickers featuring more than one player, the other numbers on that sticker are given below in parentheses. There was a variation of this set that was test-marketed by Topps. Its stickers had card backings (precursors of the Super Stars sticker backs) rather than the paper backing Topps had been using in previous years.
